Accessibility statement

E3E Technologies, which operates E26, sees accessibility as a core value. We work so that everyone, including people with disabilities, can use e26.ai and our services independently, with dignity and ease.

This statement is made under Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Accessibility level

The website was built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines, at conformance level AA.

How it was checked: accessibility was checked in an internal review we carried out in October 2026. It has not yet been audited by an external certified accessibility tester.

The website supports the current versions of common browsers, Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, on desktop and mobile.

What we did

Language and direction: every page declares the right language and reading direction (Hebrew right to left, English left to right), so screen readers read it correctly.
Clear structure: one main heading per page, and subheadings in a logical order.
Keyboard navigation: every link and button can be reached with the keyboard alone.
Images: meaningful images have alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
Motion: if you set reduce motion on your device, the demo screens and the logo strip show as still images. The logo strip also stops when you hover over it.
Zoom: the website can be zoomed to 200% in the browser (Ctrl and +) without losing content.
Contrast: text is dark on light backgrounds and light on dark backgrounds.

Accessibility menu

The website includes the UserWay accessibility menu. The accessibility button at the side of the screen opens a menu where you can, among other things:

enlarge text and change line and letter spacing
increase contrast, invert colours or switch to greyscale
highlight links and headings
switch to a dyslexia-friendly font
stop animations
enlarge the cursor and show a reading guide

Parts not yet fully accessible

We believe in transparency. These are the parts we know do not yet fully meet the standard, and the alternative available to you:

Animated demo screens: they are illustrations only and are not needed to understand the service or contact us. What they show is also described in the text beside them.
Third-party components: the contact buttons open WhatsApp and Google Calendar, whose accessibility is set by their operators. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.
Blog articles: if a piece of content is not accessible to you, we will gladly send it in an accessible format.

Accessible customer service

You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, as you prefer.
On request, documents and quotes are sent to a person with a disability in a format accessible to screen readers.
On request, we will explain things verbally and at a pace that suits you.
All services are provided remotely. Face-to-face meetings are held by appointment only, and a person with a disability can choose, at no cost, a video meeting, a phone call or a meeting at an accessible place.
